Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed.  Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and typically take 2-3 days for delivery, depending on where you live (we ship from Atlanta, GA).  This includes orders that qualify for free shipping. 

We also offer UPS Next Day for rush orders.  This service is exempt from free shipping. UPS Next Day provides next-day to 2-day delivery service.  Orders shipped via UPS Next Day must be received by noon, Monday through Saturday, to ship the same day.

UPS delivers daily except on Sundays and holidays.  Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the UPS tracking number to monitor the shipping progress.

Unfortunately, there are a few things we can't do:

  • We can't ship internationally at this time.  We only ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We can't split up an order and ship to multiple addresses.  If you wish to send items to different addresses, you'll need to place a separate order for each shipping address. 

Address changes are allowed up to 24 hours after placing the order.  After that period, we are unable to change the address.  If you need to make an address change to your order, please email us at info@antiquety.com within 24 hours of placing the order, include "Address Change" in the subject line, and provide your order number and new address to make your change.

We offer free shipping on orders $50 and over.  The $50 minimum purchase is calculated after all discounts and coupons are applied.

On occasion, USPS has hiccups in its system that delay the delivery of the package.  In those cases, we first file a missing mail search with USPS (after seven days from the date the package was dropped off at the post office, which is recorded in the tracking history).  That usually prompts action by USPS.  If not, then after 30 days from the date you placed your order, we'll send you another set if it's not delivered by then.  We say 30 days because in most cases, USPS locates your package and has it delivered within that window.  This new policy goes into effect on 2/5/25.
